No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older as of the Promotion start date. Employees of Bueno Coffee, The18, Visa, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) or households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM EST on June 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 19, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries submitted outside this window are not eligible.

3. How to Enter There are two ways to enter: (1) Purchase Method: Purchase any Bueno Coffee product at buenocoffee.com during the Promotion Period. Each individual bag of coffee purchased constitutes one (1) entry. For example, an order containing ten (10) bags will receive ten (10) entries. There is no limit on the number of entries earned through purchase. Multiple bags purchased within a single order each count as a separate entry. (2) Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): No purchase is necessary. Mail a 3" x 5" card with your name and email address to: Bueno Coffee Club Gift Card Sweepstakes, 6901 Professional Parkway East, Sarasota, Florida 34240. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 15, 2026 and received by July 19, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day. Mail-in entries have equal odds of winning as purchase entries. Use of automated entry methods will void all entries submitted by that participant.

4. Prize One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $1,000 prepaid Visa gift card (the "Prize"). The prepaid Visa gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer. No cash equivalent will be offered beyond the stated prize value. Prize is non-transferable and non-substitutable except at Sponsor's sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize are the winner's sole responsibility. This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Visa. The Visa prepaid card is issued by a third-party bank and is subject to applicable cardholder terms.

5. Winner Selection and Notification One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries following the close of the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur on or about July 21, 2026. The prospective winner will be notified by email within 3-5 business days of selection. If the prospective winner cannot be contacted within 3-5 business days of the first notification attempt, or fails to respond within 3-5 business days of notification, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. Odds Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

7. Email Consent By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Bueno Coffee. Consent to receive marketing emails is not required to enter or win. You may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Limitations of Liability Bueno Coffee and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries; technical malfunctions; unauthorized access to entry data; or any injury or damage arising from participation in this promotion. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Bueno Coffee and its affiliates from any claims arising in connection with this promotion. Bueno Coffee is not responsible for any technical issues with the prepaid Visa gift card following delivery to the winner.

9. General Conditions Bueno Coffee reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time for any reason. This sweepstakes is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by FIFA, any national soccer federation, Visa, or any other third party. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final and binding.

10. Governing Law This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and not through class action.

11. Winner Announcement The winner's first name and last initial will be available upon request by emailing hello@buenocoffee.com after July 28, 2026.
