Returns & Refund Policy
Returns on Coffee
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and applicable food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on coffee products.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled and refunded if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is shipped, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package to the correct address.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will gladly send a replacement order at no additional cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want every cup of Bueno to arrive exactly as intended. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@buenocoffeeclub.com. We'll review the issue and, when appropriate, replace the affected items at no cost to you.
