Domestic Shipping

Bueno Coffee ships to all 50 United States. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Estimated Delivery

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect carrier activity.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@buenocoffee.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us at hello@buenocoffee.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
